There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Do not accept the product at the time of delivery, if one finds the product is the defective, damaged, broken, or wrong product delivered. We urge all of our customers to check the product in front of the delivery team to check if they received the right product. If the customer finds a product defected, packet damaged, broken or wrong product, do not accept the product from our delivery team. Once the customer received it without noticing any of the defective, packet damaged, broken, or wrong product issues with receiving sign, no complaint will be accepted after that for return or replacement.
Fancy Stall offers Exchange or Replacement Return Policy. It means if the customer complains regarding defective, damaged, broken, or wrong product delivered while receiving the product in front of the delivery team, Fancy Stall will replace the defective, damaged, broken, or wrong product with a right, brand new product or exchange with another right, brand new product within the same price range.
If the customer finds any issues while using the customer’s product, and if the Company or Brand of the product provides a service warranty, brand warranty, or both service and brand warranty, then you can claim a service or brand warranty against that product.
It will take 7-15 working days for customers to get their refund back once they return a delivered product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, we’ll need to get you active on the phone to process your refund. If the number provided in your contact is not active, an alternate number must be active. For refund you must inform us of the method of refund. If we do not receive any kind of cooperation from you by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint as closed.
Once we initiate a refund, it will take approximately 7-15 business days for the amount to reflect in the original payment method. However, the same varies according to the bank’s settlement standards. In the case of Wallet Credit the amount will reflect in your Fancy Stall account within 24-48 working hours.
